Many dealerships rely on disconnected systems, spreadsheets, phone calls, and paper notes to manage service operations. That leaves a clear opportunity for a more connected, practical workflow.
The approach
My Thinking
ShopFlux centers tickets, scheduling, inspections, customer communication, and delivery tracking in one workflow. The work began with how service moves from check-in to delivery and focused on making each stage easier to understand and manage.
